These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and use of services provided by Kusadasi Adventure Safari.
Reservation & Booking
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Kusadasi Adventure Safari. Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or by phone. A reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message. No online prepayment is required. Full payment is collected on the day of the tour at our safari center.
Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on the website are per person and include VAT. Payment is accepted in Turkish Lira (TRY), Euro (EUR), and US Dollar (USD) at our safari center. Cash and credit card payments are accepted on arrival. Prices and special offers may change at any time without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour. No cancellation fees apply. Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the tour price. Weather-related cancellations by us are offered free rescheduling.
Safety & Conduct
Participants must follow all safety instructions from our guides and trainers at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or unfit to participate safely. Participants must be in good health and capable of physical activity. Pregnant women and those with certain medical conditions are advised not to participate in driving tours.
Liability & Insurance
All tours include comprehensive insurance coverage as required by Turkish law. Kusadasi Adventure Safari is not liable for personal injuries resulting from non-compliance with safety instructions. Personal belongings are the responsibility of participants. We recommend leaving valuables at your hotel.
Agreement
By making a reservation with Kusadasi Adventure Safari, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are governed by Turkish law and are subject to change with prior notice on our website.
